All these are the sons of the daughter of death and Jaraa is her daughter. Jaraa means the agony caused by a disease. All these diseases always travel on the earth with their brothers. All these diseases do not go to the person who knows the remedy for them. And lives with restraint. First of all, let us tell you the measures, which, if made a part of your daily routine, Jaraa, the condition due to which there is no strength in the body and old age will not wander near you.

  1. Washing the eyes with water, exercising every day, rubbing oil on the soles of the feet, putting oil in both the ears, and putting oil on the forehead. These practices destroy diseases and ailments.

  4. The one who bathes with hot water in Varsha Ritu, i.e., during the rainy season. and consumes rain water does not suffer from old age.
  5. One who does not consume heavy smoke in Sharad Ritu, i.e., autumn or cold season, stops roaming in it, bathes in the water of well, stepwell or pond. old age does not trouble such a person.
  6. Hemant Ritu, which comes around January and February. The person who, in this weather, bathes in the morning in the water of the pond, soaks the heat at the right time, eats the hot cooked food, does not lose suffer from Jaraa.
  7. The Old Age does not even approach the one who uses warm clothes, kindled fire, eats freshly prepared hot food, and takes bath only with hot water in Shishir Ritu, i.e., in the winter season.
  8. The one who consumes freshly prepared food, kheer and butter, and a young woman, old age does not come near him.
  9. The Old Age does not approach the person who eats only good food when he is hungry, drinks cold water when he is thirsty and consumes taambul, i.e., the betelnut leaves every day.
  10. One who eats curd, fresh butter, and jaggery every day, and lives in moderation, old age does not approach him either.

  1. One who consumes meat, old woman, sun and curd kept for five days
  2. The one who eats curd at night, or enjoys promiscuous women, old age approaches him along with its brothers.
  3. Those who eat the food made by Promiscuous women, Widows, Jaardutis, Wives of the priests of Shudras, and menopausal women, suffer a great sin, due to this sin, Old Age approaches them.

That’s why the sages of India never practice sin.
