You must have heard the story of Abhimanyu in Mahabharata.. Abhimanyu was the son of Arjun and nephew of Shri Krishna. Abhimanyu was killed because he got trapped in the Chakravyuha. Abhimanyu knew how to enter the Chakravyuh but he did not know the way out of it. When Dronacharya created Chakravyuh, Arjun was away from the Mahabharata war taking place in Kurukshetra with Jayadratha. Drona had created Chakravyuh to capture Yudhishthir so that by capturing Yudhishthir, he could defeat the Kauravas in the Mahabharata war. Victory could be certain.. But Abhimanyu failed this plan of Acharya Drona.. In the Parliament, Rahul Gandhi has given wrong knowledge on Chakravyuh of Mahabharata and said that Chakravyuh also has a name Padmavyuha which is also called Kamal Vyuha. . But Rahul Gandhi lied on Mahabharata because the other name of Chakravyuh is not Padmavyuh nor is it in the shape of lotus which is also the election symbol of BJP. Actually, when Abhimanyu was killed, Arjun had vowed to kill Jayadratha to avenge the killing of his son.. To save Jayadratha from Arjun, Drona, at the behest of Duryodhana, on the 14th day of the war of Mahabharata Chakrashakat Vyuha was created which was a Mahavyuha. Within the Chakrashakat Vyuha, there were two smaller arrays named Padmavyuh and Susthi Vyuha.. That means Rahul Gandhi did not know the difference between Chakravyuh and Chakrashakat Vyuha.
